The Seattle Prep Panther Performance (Strength & Conditioning) camp offers young athletes a comprehensive program focused on developing core principles for top athletic performance. Campers will learn "Panther Activation," the pre-contest routine utilized by most Seattle Prep varsity sports teams. The program emphasizes training for both strength and speed in a fun and safe environment. Participants will engage in strength exercises in Prep's new mezzanine overlooking Portage Bay and will also tour the campus. The camp aims to instill a newfound love of running and training, helping young athletes develop physically and mentally through strength and conditioning. The program head, AJ Middleton, brings over a decade of collegiate-level experience in strength and conditioning.
