The Saturday Academy Apprenticeships in Science and Engineering (ASE) Program offers high school students immersive 8-10 week, full-time summer internships with professional researchers in university and industry labs across the Pacific Northwest. The program emphasizes personal growth, encouraging students to ask questions, form community, and develop their sense of purpose. Interns work full-time, typically Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm, contributing to one or more projects at their mentor's organization.
